If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, you may return your order within 14 days for a full refund (less shipping charges paid). All returns require prior approval. Please email your return request to service@sportsroses.com and we will respond with specific return instructions.

All Customized Sales Are Final. This includes adding a personalized message to your product. Returns are only accepted if we made a mistake on your customized product (the customized product received differs from what was listed in your order confirmation email). Check your order confirmation email to make sure any customized messages are correct and let us know within 1 business day if you need to make any changes. Changes to customized orders requested after 1 business day may result in additional charges.

Your order is guaranteed to be free from defects for 90 days after receipt. If your order is defective, we will send a replacement right away at no extra cost to you. Email us at service@sportsroses.com and we will email you a return label for the defective product. You will not be charged for return shipping on the defective product.
