To take advantage of FREE Shipping:
- Place any order on Friday, December 18, 2015 by Midnight Pacific Time
- Proceed to checkout.
- Select "Economy Shipping" as your shipping method.
- Place your order, and enjoy the free shipping guaranteed* for arrival by Christmas Eve!
We will ship your order so that it arrives by Thursday, December 24th or you will receive a $15 credit good towards a future order, subject to terms and conditions below.

- Valid on in-stock, ready-to-ship items. Personalized orders may take longer to ship and are excluded from the guarantee offer although we'll make our best effort to get personalized orders shipped out ASAP so they arrive by Christmas.
- If an item you order is out of stock, we will contact you within 1 business day to inform of your order status and allow you the opportunity to change your order
- Wholesale Orders are excluded from the Free Shipping Day Offer.
- Free Shipping Day Offer applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48 contiguous states only. This offer is not valid for shipping to AK, HI, Canada, or other international addresses.
- We are unable to accept requests for a specific delivery date or delivery time with the Free Shipping Day Offer. Your order may arrive anytime between Saturday, December 19 - Wednesday, December 24, 2014. Delivery hours can take place between 8am-8pm your local time.
- We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and service type for all orders placed using the "Economy Shipping" service. We are unable to accept any requests for a specific carrier type or service when using the "Economy Shipping" service.
- All determinations on the delivery date (or attempted delivery date) of your order will be based on information provided to us by the chosen shipping carrier's tracking number or delivery confirmation number. By using the "Economy Shipping" option, you agree that the information provided by the chosen shipping carrier's tracking number or delivery confirmation number to be acceptable and binding to meet the delivery date requirement of our Free Shipping Day offer.
- Free Shipping Day Guarantee: Any order placed on Friday, December 18 will be delivered (or attempted delivery) by Thursday, December 24, 2014. If delivery of order is not attempted by Wednesday, December 24, 2014, we will, upon request, issue a $15 credit toward a future in the form of a one-time use coupon code. You may also elect to return your order (per our return policy) for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility (subject to the Exceptions listed below).
- Free Shipping Day Guarantee Exceptions
- Orders for more than 6 roses are excluded from this guarantee. Due to the additional time required to prepare larger orders, we will make every effort to ship your order so it arrives by Christmas Eve, but we are unable to offer a guaranteed delivery date.
- Personalized and Custom Order requests are excluded from the Free Shipping Day guarantee. This includes Custom Volleyball Roses and our product personalization service. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a custom order request for the purpose of this Free Shipping Day guarantee exclusion.
- Orders that choose check or money order for payment method are excluded from the Free Shipping Day guarantee since we will not ship an order until payment has been received.
- Failure to complete your payment by Midnight PT on 12/18/15 will delay the shipment of your order and exclude your order for the delivery date guarantee.
- Failure to provide a valid mailing address will delay the arrival of your shipment and exclude your order from the delivery date guarantee. Please double-check your shipping address to make sure it is valid.
- All determinations on the delivery date (or attempted delivery date) of your order will be based on information provided to us by the chosen shipping carrier's tracking number or delivery confirmation number assigned to your package. By using the Free Shipping Day option, you agree that the information provided by the chosen shipping carrier's tracking number or delivery confirmation number to be acceptable and binding to meet the delivery date requirement of our Free Shipping Day offer.
- If order delivery is attempted on any day or time on or before, Thursday, December 24, 2014 (as indicated by the tracking number or delivery confirmation number on your package), your order WILL NOT be eligible for a refund. Please note: We DO NOT require a signature on packages, but it is up to the parcel carrier's discretion to leave a package in a reasonable place in your absence. If the parcel carrier does not feel there is reasonable place to leave your package, they may leave a notice requiring you to request redelivery or pick up your package at the shipping carrier's facility. If a notice was left on or before Wednesday, December 24, 2014, that will be sufficient for a delivery that satisfies the commitment of our shipping guarantee.
- Delivery accepted by a 3rd party that takes place anytime on or before Wednesday, December 24, 2014 WILL NOT be eligible for Free Shipping Day Guarantee
- Shipment delays caused by extreme weather (or other Acts of God), terrorist acts, or carrier strikes are excluded from our Free Shipping Day Guarantee
- Canceling items, adding items, changing orders, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility to receive our Free Shipping Day Guarantee. Guarantee eligibility as a result of any of these changes will be at our discretion.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue the FREE Shipping Day Offer at any time.
How To Request A $15 Credit For Late Arrival
If your order is not delivered (or a delivery attempt was not made) by December 24, 2015 and your order is not subject to any of the exceptions listed above, you may request a $15 credit towards a future purchase in the form of a one-time use coupon code.
- A credit can only be requested by the registered accountholder for the order on the SportsRose.com webstore. No other party is allowed to request a credit for the order.
- Send a credit request by email to service@sportsroses.com (make sure to include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for credit when submitting your request)
- A credit will be issued within 10 business days from the day we receive the returned product.
- If your order is not eligible for a credit, we will respond to your request within 2 business days detailing the reason that your request was denied.
