Shipping Policy

All Sports Roses are handmade in the USA and our production time will vary based on current demand and number of roses you order. The expected delivery date quoted is based on business days and valid for orders up to 6 Sports Roses. We reserve the right to change the quoted delivery date on your order based on product availability.

An Estimated Delivery Date for each shipping method will be provided during the checkout process before you make a payment. The earliest quoted delivery dates for each shipping method only applies to orders of 6 roses or less. Larger orders may take longer. We will follow up by email within 1 business day if your order will take longer than initially quoted.

Please Note: UPS and FEDEX have suspended their shipping guarantee on all their services except Next Day Air service until further notice.

After you submit your order online, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and order details. Once we ship out your order, we will send out a second email with your tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to get the scheduled arrival date of your order (tracking details may not be available during the first 24 hours).

Please make sure to verify the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email. This is the address we will ship your package to. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges, lost packages, or shipping delays as a result of an incorrect or invalid address being provided. Expedited and Express service will not deliver to PO Boxes. Please call or email us within 1 business day of placing your order to make any changes to your shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, an additional fee will be required to make any changes to your package while in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.

International Shipments: The shipping costs quoted do not include any taxes and duties that customs may assess on your package upon arrival to your country. You are responsible to pay any custom fees incurred before you may receive your package. Unfortunately we are unable to quote those fees as they vary by country.

Late Package Shipping Guarantee (Next Day Shipping Only - Call us to request this service):

Your order will be guaranteed to arrive by the date associated with your tracking number. Please note, this date may be different from the scheduled delivery date you selected. Early arrival of your package is excluded from this shipping guarantee.

Guaranteed shipping services may arrive as late as 5pm to businesses and 10pm to residences.

To find out your guaranteed delivery date/time, follow the steps below:
  1. Once your order has been shipped, an order update email will be sent from us with your tracking number
  2. Click on the tracking number link inside that email to find out what your scheduled delivery date is (it may take up to 24 hours for the delivery date to appear in the shipping carrier's system)
If your order does not arrive by the date it was guaranteed by, you can submit a shipping refund request by following the steps below:
  1. If the reason for the delay was due to circumstances beyond the shipping carrier's control (ie. adverse weather conditions, flight delays, mechanical failures) your refund request may be denied since that is excluded from their shipping guarantee
  2. Email your shipping refund request to service@sportsroses.com and we will respond within 1 business day.
  3. Once we have received the refund from the shipping carrier (usually takes 1-2 weeks), we will credit your original payment method with the refund.


We will not refund any shipping charges if the shipping carrier denies our claim request due to exclusions in their guarantee policy. Our shipment guarantee is based on the shipping carriers' guarantee. We are just acting on your behalf to request the refund since only the shipper is able to submit the refund request to the carrier. It may take 7-14 days for us to receive a refund back from the shipping carrier before we can credit your account. Early arrival of your package before your Scheduled Delivery date is excluded from this guarantee.
